Subdomain privileges:
- Instant subdomain activation without approval
- Full administrative access to your subdomain
- Ability to host any type of content or service
- Freedom to implement custom functionality and scripts
- Right to transfer or sell your subdomain independently
4. Moderation Policy
realnevi operates under a minimal moderation philosophy. We do not actively monitor, review, or moderate subdomain content. Users are granted maximum freedom to operate their subdomains as they see fit.
Our non-intervention approach:
- No content pre-approval or review processes
- No regular monitoring of subdomain activities
- No censorship of controversial or sensitive topics
- No interference with user-to-user interactions
- Intervention only in cases of severe criminal activity
5. Content Liability & User Assumption of Risk

- Activities that directly threaten platform technical stability
- Content that exposes realnevi to immediate legal action
- Violations that could result in domain seizure
For all other disputes, conflicts, or controversial content, users must resolve issues independently. We will not mediate, investigate, or take sides in user disputes.
7. Content Rules
Content guidelines are minimal and focus primarily on protecting the platform from legal action rather than moral or ethical considerations.
Prohibited only when:
- Content violates federal criminal law
- Activities threaten platform technical stability
- Content exposes realnevi to immediate legal action
8. Termination
Subdomain termination occurs only in extreme circumstances. We prioritize user autonomy and will exhaust all alternatives before removing a subdomain.
Termination criteria:
- Direct legal threats to platform operation
- Technical abuse affecting infrastructure
- Court-ordered removal
9. Disclaimers & Liability
realnevi disclaims all responsibility for subdomain content and user actions. We provide the technical infrastructure only and assume no liability for how it is used.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold realnevi harmless from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from your subdomain use, content, or activities.
11. Changes to TOS
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of your subdomain constitutes acceptance of any changes.
